April 19 Over 9 Years: 34 Casualties in Bombings on Sana'a, Hodeidah and Sa'adah

Yemen: On April 19th, during the ninth year of the war, the US-Saudi aggression committed two acts of genocide against the Al-Nabai family and the Al-Qahm station in Sa'adah, as well as targeted the homes of civilians in Hodeidah and the capital city.

Additionally, they targeted a power generation station, the Habishi factory, a poultry farm, the Agricultural Marketing Association, and several civilian farms.

The horrifying image of 34 martyrs and wounded civilians as a result of the US-Saudi aggression's airstrikes represents the ongoing crimes committed against the Yemeni people for the past nine years. The Al-Qahm station is one of the many facilities that have been targeted, bombed, and destroyed, along with all the essential components of life, infrastructure, and civilian targets, as detailed in the report.

On April 9th, 2015, eight martyrs and one injured in the crime of the aggression against the Al-Qahm fuel station in Sa'adah:

On the nineteenth day of April 2015, the Al-Qahm fuel filling station at Al-Talh intersection in Sahar district, Sa'adah province, was continuing to provide its services to the citizens. The US-Saudi aggression warplanes launched a series of airstrikes that turned the station and everyone inside it into a blazing inferno, ignited by their missiles. Innocent bodies were burned and torn apart, with shredded remains scattered in the air, and the station and its attachments were completely devastated.

Eight martyrs and one injured were among those present at the station. The aggression's airstrikes burned and mutilated their bodies, which had been dismembered by the aerial rockets. Their blood mixed with the burning fuel and rising flames at the scene.

Rescuers attempted to save the workers and civilians targeted by the airstrikes while they were at the station. However, their efforts were in vain due to the intense fire raining down from the sky, which culminated in a raging fire fueled by the destroyed station.

One survivor was the sole witness among the nine civilians, eight of whom were martyred in this massacre, which amounts to a deliberate and premeditated act of genocide by the aggression and its instruments, targeting Yemen's dignity and its essential elements. This crime was committed before the eyes of the world, international organizations, human rights bodies, treaties, international conventions, and various divine legislations that criminalize the targeting of civilians and civilian objects.

April 19, 2015.. The aggression's warplanes targeted the Fruit Export Market for the second time.

On the same day, the aggression's warplanes moved to hover over the Al-Humaidan area in the same province, monitoring the movement of farmers and traders in the Al-Sanabilah Fruit Export Market. It unleashed its hidden grudge and deadly weapons on them, targeting them as both a civilian and economic target. It achieved its inclination towards killing, shedding blood, and destroying Yemen's economic structure, as well as the livelihoods of its citizens who depend on agriculture.

The rising smoke from the place expressed the horror of the scene and affirmed to the whole world that the aggressor aims to destroy Yemen and its people with its airstrikes, in an attempt to humiliate and subdue the Yemeni people and push them towards surrender.

The aggression's airstrikes resulted in the destruction of the market, the burning of farmers' vehicles, and the injury of many of them, as well as the loss of the stock and merchandise intended for marketing.

The US-Saudi aggression targets a poultry farm in Sa'adah

On the same day, in the same province, the poultry farm became the third target of the Saudi-American aggression's aircraft in a systematic targeting of the Yemeni economy and the sources of citizens' income, striking their livelihoods.

The US-Saudi aggression's warplanes launched a number of airstrikes on the poultry farm, resulting in the death of thousands of poultry and its complete destruction, as well as the destruction of the food stores for the poultry.

April 19, 2015.. The aggression's airstrikes on citizens' homes in Sanaa.

At exactly 4:30 in the morning on April 19, the residents and families of Al-Sunainah neighborhood in the capital Sana'a were deep in their sleep, while the aggression's warplanes hovered above their heads, raining down the flames of its anger on the roofs of their houses and in the midst of their alleys with explosive missiles and deadly shrapnel, destroying walls and claiming lives, spreading terror, fear, and panic in the hearts of the terrified with the sounds of the airstrikes.

The residents of the neighborhood gather what remains of their cars and move to other neighborhoods and nearby streets, after their homes were turned into crumbling walls and empty ruins that reflect the crime and the brutality of the criminal.

A mother gathers her children and shields them from the terror of their screams, and another man leads his elderly father while this young man carries his frail grandmother on his back as the crowds, carrying what is left of their belongings, move out of the neighborhood. Those whose cars were destroyed walk on foot, crying and screaming, and the scene is filled with grief.

Eyewitnesses from Al-Sunainah neighborhood wondered: Why target homes with their residents? Why all this deep-rooted hatred towards civilians? What is there in our homes that they destroy and bombard? There is nothing in them except children, women, and the elderly.

The aggression's airstrikes on Al-Sunainah area resulted in the destruction and damage to a number of abandoned houses after their residents had been displaced. This scene embodies the plan of the aggression to push citizens towards displacement and emptying Sana'a, exposing the disgrace of the aggression, its mercenaries, and the complicity of the international community, the United Nations, and the Security Council in their silence about the aggression and its crimes in Yemen.

A martyr and a wounded person in Sa'adah

On April 19, 2017, the US-Saudi aggression's warplanes flew over the skies of Sa'adah Governorate, targeting the citizens' farms in the Al-Zamah area of the bordering Baqem district.

A civilian was martyred and another was injured from the Al-Zamah family in the airstrike carried out by the US-Saudi aggression on the qat farms while they were engaged in their usual agricultural activities.

An eyewitness from the survivors of the airstrike said, "My neighbor and my friend were martyred while they were picking qat, while my other companion was injured in his leg. What have we done to them? Has the life of every resident of Sa'adah Governorate and the Yemeni people become a target for their airstrikes?"

April 19, 2018.. Massacre of the Al-Nabai family in Maran, Sa’adah

On the night of April 19, 2018, the Al-Nabai family was living safely under the roof of their home, while the US-Saudi aggression warplane violated the Yemeni skies, counting the minutes and moments to carry out the heinous crime of genocide against them without any justification for the brutality of the crime.

The aggression targeted the house of the Al-Nabai citizen, turning it into rubble over the heads of children and women. The warplanes continued to fly throughout the night, exacerbating the suffering of the injured under the debris and preventing rescuers from continuing to save the remaining members of the Al-Nabai family who were still alive. The only option left for the five who remained was to stay under the ruins of the destroyed house until the next morning.

A number of the wounded were immediately rescued from under the rubble after the airstrikes, but when the aggression aircraft resumed flying, the voices of the martyrs could be heard pleading for help and waiting for the rescuers, but the warplanes prevented them from reaching them by continuing to fly.

Among the martyrs who remained for hours under the rubble were an old woman and three children, who were not reached by the rescuers until the next day after they had already passed away, deprived of air and losing hope in the rescuers.

Jalal, a young man, appeared next to the lifeless bodies of his 80-year-old grandmother, his little sister, and his little brother, gradually emerging from under the rubble and stacking lifeless bodies on the ruins of their house, crying out against the killers of humanity and the criminals of the American era and their tools.

Eyewitnesses wonder, "What was the sin of this elderly woman, who was killed while praying to God? What was the sin of these children longing for life? What was the sin of the innocent people being killed by the US-Saudi aggression? What was the sin of the Yemeni people to be killed, destroyed, and besieged? The only answer is silence, spilled blood, destroyed homes, and bodies mixed with destruction and blood!"

At 8:30 p.m., the aggression targeted the house of the Al-Nabai family, and rescuers rushed from all directions to participate in saving what could be saved, but the aggression aircraft circling in the sky continued to prevent them from doing so. This is not the first crime against the Yemeni people, but it is a crime among a series of crimes and massacres, and it is a mass genocide among hundreds of acts of genocide against the Yemenis.

The crime of the Saudi-American aggression airstrikes on the Al-Nabai house resulted in the martyrdom of 5 people and the injury of 3 other members from the same family, including an old woman, a girl, two children, and a young man. The livestock and cows also perished, and the house was completely destroyed, burying its inhabitants under its rubble.

April 19, 2018.. 7 martyrs and 3 wounded in the aggression airstrikes on civilians' homes in Hodeidah

On the same day in 2018, the US-Saudi aggression warplanes targeted a number of civilians' homes and commercial shops in Al-Aqr'ai area in Al-Hali district, Hodeidah province, continuing its series of brutal crimes and massacres against the Yemeni people.

One of the survivors said, "While we were in the house, we felt a powerful blow that caused the windows to shatter on our heads, spreading panic and terror in the hearts of the children, who turned into semi-lifeless beings, even though there are no military targets near us."

The aggression airstrikes resulted in the martyrdom of 7 civilians and the injury of 3 others, as well as damage to buildings, houses, commercial shops, the Habishi factory, its contents, and facilities, as well as several vehicles. Fear and terror gripped the hearts of women and children.

5 wounded in airstrikes on Power Station in Sana'a

On the same day in 2018, 5 civilians were injured in the US-Saudi aggression airstrikes on the power station in the Sabeen district of Sana'a Capital Municipality.

The aggression airstrikes on the power station led to its disruption and damage to many civilians' homes and their vehicles, planting a state of extreme fear and terror in the hearts of children and women.

The aggression airstrikes on the power generation station were not the first and will not be the last. They are a crime in a series of crimes committed by the aggression, targeting the infrastructure and essential services of the Yemeni people.
